How long will I have access to the CPD quiz?
- There is no time limit to access the CPD quiz and certificate. Quizzes can be purchased in advance and completed in a subsequent CPD year.
What date will be printed on the CPD Certificate?
- Your Certificate is dated when you finish the Quiz, not when you buy it.
Online Courses
When do the online courses start and finish?
- All courses are online and self-paced. Following payment you will be emailed a login and can access the courses immediately or whenever you are ready to get started.
How long do I have access to the online courses?
- You will have access to each course for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Can I renew access to a course after 3 years.
- Yes!
- Contact us and ask for a course renewal for another 3 years. Send an email to hello@renovationcollaborative.com.au or call us on 1300 620 872
- FYI – A validity date was applied to keep track of who is using the content. However if you are still finding Renovation Collaborative helpful we want you to keep your access!
Weekly Wrap Newsletter
How often will I get the Weekly Wrap Newsletter? I don’t want to be spammed with more junk mail!
- It’s not really a weekly newsletter. We only send out newsletters weekly during the podcast seasons when we have something useful to tell you. Between seasons we will be busy researching and will leave you alone.
- The newsletter is for people who don’t have the time to listen to every podcast, but they want to keep an eye on the topics and tune in when they are interested. The newsletter will let you know what the latest episode is about and give you the link to the show notes so you can jump in and read the summary …and listen to the podcast when you get a moment.
Can I unsubscribe easily?
- Yes. It’s a standard newsletter email and you will find an unsubscribe link at the base.

Refunds
Can I get a refund if I am unhappy with an online course or CPD?
- Absolutely!
- If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase and you will receive a full refund.
